New Chairman of Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board
We wish to announce that following the October meeting of KWETB Board, Jim Ruttle has been appointed as the new Chairman of Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board. Jim has a long association with both Wicklow VEC and KWETB. He was a former student in Blessington Community College and has served on many boards of management in West Wicklow throughout the years.
Jim has a great passion for education and the principle of strong community service and provision is important to him.
Congratulations Jim we look forward to working with you.
With that in mind we wish to acknowledge and sincerely thank the outgoing Chairman, Brendan Weld.
Brendan has fulfilled the role of Chairman since the commencement of the ETB in 2013. Brendan has worked tirelessly in the interests of the ETB and prior to that those of Kildare VEC. Brendan will remain on the board and we welcome his expertise and commitment.
