KWETB FET are delighted to be the education partners in the Project Search Internship providing a professional placement and support service to business in conjunction with K A R E. Project Search is a one year internship programme based in Naas General Hospital and is part of KARE’s Employment Support Services. The project aims to develop skills that are matched to the labour market leading to employment. Interns are immersed in a real work environment in Naas General Hospital. Through the internship and education programme learners develop competitive, marketable and transferable skills to support their transition to employment on completion.

Mary Faughnan and Deirdre Curtin from Naas FETC are leading the education element of the programmed which occurs in the hospital focusing on employability skills, IT and CV preparation.
