My name is Aaron Kelly and I am from Kildare.
I have recently completed the Foundation for Employment Course in Newbridge. This course contained many useful subjects including Work Experience, Career Preparation and Communications. These provide various useful skills that can help people in everyday life. You can apply these skills when looking for jobs and creating CVs and cover letters.
It benefited me because it kept me in a routine every day and gave me more confidence through doing a mock interview and gaining two weeks work experience. Overall I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to get a foothold in employment.

I completed the Foundations for Employment Course and I would like to express my gratitude to Mary Byrne and Ciara Kennedy for enabling me to learn everything I need to seek and secure employment. They were articulate in explaining the concepts of the course and patient with those who struggled.
The course itself is well constructed and contains all the main concepts and information needed to prepare yourself for the workplace. I now have all the tools and knowledge I need to obtain work and prosper in any position I undertake.
