Go Places with Bus Éireann TY Project

Coláiste Chraobh Abhann TY students in partnership with Bus Éireann helped launch the Go Places with Bus Éireann TY competition this September. The project asks TY students to submit ideas on how school transport can support schools and the broader community.

Projects are being invited under a range of categories including ‘Safety’, ‘Technology & Communication, ‘Environment & Sustainability’, ‘Community’, and ‘Society, Culture or Sport’. There are various ways the entry may be submitted, including via video, a written submission, a PowerPoint presentation or an academic poster. Participating students will be in with a chance of winning one of five regional prizes of €3,000 for their school, and one national prize of a fun filled day out for their class to a leisure park, including complimentary use of a private coach.
