Congratulations to Youthreach Leixlip’s student, Natalia Czuba who was one of six students selected nationwide out of 160 Youthreach Centres to participate in the Avolon Youthreach Programme organised by the RHA (Royal Hibernian Academy).

The objective of the programme was to increase students' art skills, visit art galleries/ art colleges and develop basic tools of criticism. By working alongside a practicing artist, the students explored the opportunities and challenges facing a professional artist in Ireland today.

Natalia was delighted to participate in the Avolon Youthreach Programme. It was such an exciting venture and Natalia was so grateful for such a rewarding experience. Having this exposure to the world of art was of great advantage to Natalia and as a result her confidence has flourished while further enhancing her artistic skills. This opportunity was also very productive and educational for the art teachers involved and it was an excellent platform to engage in upskilling and networking.
