CAREER TRAINEESHIP IN HOSPITALITY
KWETB are delighted to partner with County Kildare Leader Project, Turas Nua, Local Employment Services and Department of Social Protection. The various organisations have created a Working Partnership Group, in the County Kildare region, which meet on a regular basis to increase recruitment for courses and to share important information.
Throughout this project, KWETB have developed essential relationships which are crucial to success. The Working Partnership Group was designed as a way to share information with other organisations. The aim of the Group is to share relevant details on upcoming courses with each organisation and it is also a great way of receiving information directly from each organisation.
The outcomes of the Group have been very successful and has led to an increase in the numbers of courses started in the region which in turn puts the learners first. The Group is dedicated to meeting up, discussing issues and providing solutions to problems.
The Group work great together due to the fact that they are happy to share information with one another. As a result, potential learners find out about relevant courses and can take that first step into a training course.
