Greenkeeping LTI (Naas Golf Club) celebrated the end of their current programme with a Student of the Year presentation. This has been sponsored by ICL Group for the last three years. The programme is successfully run under the Course Manager, David Behan and Coordinators Aisling Mahon and Assistant Coordinator David Perdisatt.
All Learners present are now placed in full and part time employment and a couple of the Learners hope to move on to the College of Amenity Horticulture in the Botanic Gardens, Dublin in September.
Coleman Ward, ICL Group presented Tiernan Crawford with the Student of the Year award. Tiernan did his training with Beech Park Golf Club and has been offered full time employment with Naas Golf Club.
