About the Authors
Hello! I’m Aniko, mommy of two amazing boys, wife to a doctor and
creator of the Multiculti Kitchen food blog. I started blogging about
two and a half years ago when I stayed at home with my younger son.
My aim was to document and share my favourite recipes with friends.
Cooking and baking is fun for me, even though my skills are really
challenged by my sons who are picky eaters. They love cooking with
