Hot chocolate with peppermint Ingredients for 3-4 500 ml full fat milk 150 g dark chocolate 50 g milk chocolate 100 ml single cream sugar to taste 3-4 peppermint candy canes to serve 1. Warm half of the milk with the broken pieces of dark and milk chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted. 2. Gently heat, then add the remaining milk and cream. Continue heating until the milk is steaming, then remove from the heat and serve while it is warm. 3. Divide the hot chocolate between the mugs. Serve with peppermint candy cane, long enough to stir with and letting as much sweet peppermint dissolve as they like.
