It's Budget Time: Getting to the Numbers
Development of the 2015 KICA budget is well underway. Finalizing the
budget is a five-month process involving KICA management, committees
such as Finance (FC), Human Resources (HRC) and Major Repairs
(MRC), as well as the Board of Directors. Budget work began in July. As
we enter October, the board will be reviewing the draft budget for the first
time, with final board approval expected in November.
