Kiawah Reads - Mary Alice Monroe Book Debut Tuesday, May 3 beginning at 3 p.m. Sandcastle Community Center Kiawah fans eagerly awaiting the release of Mary Alice Monroe's new novel, A Lowcountry Wedding, are in for a treat. The New York Times best-selling author will debut her latest work at the Sandcastle, giving members the first opportunity to speak with her about the fourth book in her Lowcountry Summer series. Following the book discussion and a Q&A session, there will be a book sale and signing. Refreshments will be served. To attend, RSVP to the Sandcastle. Currently, Pet Helpers is seeking participants in three new initiatives in the Kiawah/Seabrook communities aimed to help out their older dogs.
