3 . By bidding , the winning bidder ( s ) as identified by the auctioneer binds him / herself to the purchase and agrees to make payment in full prior to the end of the event on March 25 , 2017 .
4 . Payment is accepted in the form of cash , debit or credit card ( VISA , MasterCard , American Express or Discover ). Sorry , no checks .
5 . Bidding will only be by the number assigned to you at registration . To bid , hold up the large 3-digit number printed on the back of this auction catalog .
6 . Auction items are subject to terms and conditions applied by the donating business . This could include blackout dates , expiration dates and other restrictions , or may require other specific terms with the donating business . Winning bidder is responsible for determining specifics and making all arrangements required . 7 . All sales are final . No refunds or exchanges . 8 .
