The facilitator takes digital photos of the mother-child pair. The facilitator must explain that the photo is confidential and that only
the mother-child pair will receive this photo to put into their memory box.
Note to facilitator: Have developed photos ready for session 20.
BACKGROUND FOR THE FACILITATOR
This session requires sensitivity and compassion. Monitor the emotions of the mothers who have experienced loss and give everyone
time to share if they want to.
HOMEWORK
Ask the mothers to search at home for more objects to put into in their memory boxes. Encourage the mothers to search together
with their children for objects to put into the memory box.
CLOSURE
Explain that next week's session will be a session where the mothers and children can spend time together in a fun way.
