Activity
Aim: Cooperation, attention and coordination
Materials: Ball of string and a ring
Instructions:

A big circle is made of string.
-
All children hold on to the string and pass the ring discretely to another child.
-
This is done in such a way that the person in the middle does not see the ring being passed.
-
If the child in the middle sees the ring, he or she calls on the person who had passed it, to sit in the middle and take
his or her place.
Discussion:
The facilitator should reflect on the game with the children with regard to the following:

How each child experienced playing the game (was it fun, exciting, etc.)?

Roles each child played.

What was it like being the receiver - did they feel special for being chosen?

What was it like having the ring in your hand - control?

What was it like being the person in the middle - rejected, isolated, etc.?
