LU-1A Plans / Zon Page 78 MCAOD Incorporate Military Compatibility Areas (MCAs) and Military Compatibility Area Overlay Short District (MCAOD) Information in Local Planning Documents Term  The JLUS Stakeholders should incorporate the MCAs and MCAOD in Figures 13 through 17 of this Chapter into their available mapping, relevant planning documents, and communication efforts. The Keesler AFB MCAs and MCAOD should be used by JLUS stakeholders to identify where, geographically, each JLUS strategy should be applied. This will facilitate education and awareness of military compatibility areas in the JLUS Study Area. The Keesler AFB MCAOD could assist in achieving military compatibility in the future.
