2.5 . Current Development Overview within the Study Area
Land uses throughout the JLUS Study Area range from open space in unincorporated Harrison County , to the residential and urban population center in the City of Biloxi . North Keesler AFB is bordered to the north by the Back Bay of Biloxi . The Back Bay is an active commercial shipping channel supporting industry on Bayou Bernard .
