Media, Communications,
Culture and Marketing
Why study this course?
You’ll develop highly complementary skills which will enable you
to understand and engage with a range of consumer audiences in
different markets.
This dual honours course includes an equal balance of subjects relating
to marketing and to media, communications and culture. You’ll focus
on the key areas where these disciplines overlap, including how they
intersect with social, political and economic processes. You’ll learn
how individual and business consumers are affected by, and drive the
development of, a range of marketing and communication techniques,
and you’ll set this within a global economic context. By the time you
graduate, you will be a thoughtful, critical practitioner with a range
of competencies for addressing the challenges of a fast-moving
global industry.
