Single honours Page Course UCAS 120 Medicine................................................................. A100 Sara Church Medicine, Second year Choose the medical course at Keele for its problem based learning. There is a mix of lectures, group work, lab work, full body dissection and placements early in the course. The full body dissection is fascinating and an amazing anatomy learning experience, while the placements put all the studying you do into perspective and makes the course really interesting. The style of problem-based-learning may seem strange and hard to start with, but I have learnt and remembered so much more this year alone through applying my knowledge in problem-based-learning (PBL) than I ever did during my A-level years when I tried to learn the textbooks by heart. 118 Book an Open day keele.ac.uk/visiting
