Mathematics
Mathematics combines the beautiful and the
useful. It is intellectually satisfying, sometimes
shocking, persistently relevant. Mathematics
has well-established, yet rapidly developing,
applications in business, engineering, science,
technology, economics and medicine. Moreover,
it is increasingly invoked in areas such as law,
politics, sport, ecology, psychology and the arts.
At Keele you will explore a wide range of topics in pure maths,
applied maths and statistics. You will also develop vital skills that
will support your future career. Keele’s supportive environment,
