FOUNDATION YEARS
Foundation Years for
International Students
The foundation years at Keele are flexible and
designed individually for you, drawing on a wide
range of modules. Additional English language
training is provided as required. Teaching is delivered
through a wide range of methods; (lectures,
seminars, workshops, laboratory classes, field work).
Assessment is through a mixture of coursework
and examinations. There is an extensive support
network, with students having access to the library,
the Students’ Union and the International Student
Support Office, as well as a personal tutor who you
will see on a weekly basis in small group tutorials.
University accommodation is available.
The fee is £9,600. A special discount of £1,000 per
annum is available for each of the subsequent years
of undergraduate study at Keele in science, social
science or humanities subjects.

All applications for the International Foundation Year
and International Degree Programme must be made
through UCAS.
Those interested in the Accelerated International
Foundation Year or Accelerated International Degree

For those who successfully complete the foundation
year you will be able to progress to a degree course
at Keele in any subject except nursing, midwifery or
social work.
