If you are a dual honours student you will study the Differential
Equations and the Complex Variable I and Vector Calculus modules
and choose two modules (one each semester) from those available
to single honours.
Third year
There is considerable choice, subject to timetabling and prerequisite
constraints. Single honours students study eight option modules
and dual honours students study four option modules, according to
their mathematical interests. The topics available vary from year to
year but are likely to include modules on:
