MSc Accounting and Financial Management
Key Programme Features
This programme combines a rigorous examination
of core accounting and financial management
theories along with examples of their practical
applications globally.
You will examine numerical and
qualitative accounting, financial
management and gain proficiency
in the use of professional data
sources such as Bloomberg
and DataStream. You will have
the choice between an Applied
Company Research (ACR)
project or a traditional research
dissertation. ACR projects offer
a fantastic opportunity to put your
learning into practice. Recent
ACR projects have included
investigating why people in
financial need have to resort
to expensive payday loans and
how financial technology could
help to introduce a more efficient
collection cycle time for a cash
collection company.
