We at KAPS had an eventful year and we are excited to bring you this second issue of our annual KAPS Newsletter to share with you a taste of the year we have had. We hope that a little of our culture of innovation, our real interest in our customers and our thirst for excellence will come through in these few pages. A key theme in this issue is a recounting of how heavily KAPS has invested in skills and technology to improve our customer experiences and service options.
