I had an interesting start into photography. I have an online gift store and it all started about three years ago when I needed to shoot some product photos for the website. Soon I found myself reading through photography magazines, studying about lighting, cameras, filters, photo processing, and anything else I could learn. The next thing I know, I am purchasing, light boxes, filters and my prize possession my camera.
I quickly moved from product photos to still life, flowers, street photography and anything that looks interesting to me. Since I picked up my camera just those few short years ago it has become my passion. I enjoy sharing my work with others and through my blog, greenhornphotos.com. I look forward to each and every day when I can go out into the world and capture something and sometimes that something is right in my own backyard.
