Hi my name is Mekala and I am an Architect by profession but love everything to do with taking pictures and travelling. I am very new to photography as I started only two years ago after getting my first DSLR camera as a gift and haven’t looked back since. I am still learning the art and I know I have a never ending path to walk but I am enjoying every moment of it. I love photographing close ups of people whenever I get a chance especially when they are not posing. But I have yet to learn how to do it discreetly! I am also inspired by beautiful and intriguing landscapes and colors. I started blogging only few months ago when a friend suggested I start a blog to keep me occupied. I didn’t even know what blogging was. Now I enjoy posting photos, taking pictures wherever I travel and I learn from my mistakes. I take one step at a time with my camera and one day, may be one day I will be lucky enough to call myself a Travel Photographer.
