All these are few examples that makes it an urgency for any organisation to put signs easy to understand and follow by the labours at work or else it can cost their life. Training and Safety Contractors, Subcontractors and labours should be well trained about equipments, structures, tools, machines and signs that are used at a site to avoid danger. Proper Visual training and communicating with them will make training more impactful. High level of training should be given so that labour themselves can take preventive measures to escape from any unfortunate mishap at the same time seek for help immediately. Routine inspections and testing should be done dedicatedly on a regular basis. Work protocols at Construction site There should be strict rules and procedures is to be followed at each level right from labours to employees. Safety measures to be followed should be the same for one and all if they are at hazardous zone. Violation of rules should lead to a penalty so that each one knows of the consequences of carelessness which eventually works as a safety check. Safety Management Delegation of Job responsibilities to maintain safety should be done. Regular meetings, discussions of a near miss or any incident at a site to incorporate better safety methodologies from time to time shall be incorporated in designing Safety program. Management of data and statistics comparison to analyse the performance is highly effective in safety management. Personal Protective Equipment While workforce is at a construction site wearing safety suits and boots, they should also wear protective equipments for eyes, face, mouth, nose, hands and ears. Equipments like earplugs, gloves, face mask etc should be issued to every individual. Regulation of Traffic While construction is going on, there should not be any blockage at road. There should be ease in a movement of vehicles (HMV/LMV), shifting of structures and movement of labours. If the traffic is not regulated that can lead to accidents of people walking at a site. Vehicles should not overspeed or stop for time more than required. There should be adequate parking space and the drivers should be well trained about norms to be followed at site.
