Precihole Machine Tools is introducing a new line of
innovative and extremely cost effective single axis and three
axis gun drilling solutions. The single axis PLC based gun
drilling solutions are designed and manufactured to perfectly
suit the medical implant industry. This machine packs in all
the features needed for surgical implant gun drilling while
keeping machine price and running costs low. This provides
a tremendous rate of return on investment for the customer.
Gun drilling range extends from Φ 2mm to Φ8 mm with drilling
depth of up to 600 mm. L/D ratios of up to 100 are supported
on this machine for such small diameters. Machine supports
drilling of Stainless Steel and Titanium alloys most commonly
used in the implant industry. The machine is offered in single
spindle or twin spindle variants. The machine features use of
