Important Fair Deadlines
PRE-REGISTRATION DATE:
WEDNESDAY JULY 5TH 5:00PM
>>ALL 4-H families should have the following done by this deadline<<
1. Sign up for a concession stand time slot at the Extension Office
2. Sign up for one of the two pre fair clean-up time slots at the Extension Office (see fair clean up policy in fair book for more details).
o Friday July 14th from 5:00pm-8:00pm
o Saturday July 15th from 8:30am-Noon
*All exhibitors are expected to participate in post fair clean up on Thursday July 21, 2017.
3. Pre-register all animals that are staying overnight on the fairgrounds during fair (to avoid pen fee)

Campers going to Rock Springs Camp
Departure Time: Saturday, June 17th at 7:30 a.m. from the Rawlins County High School (behind the school). Meet at the school by 7:15 to load the bus. Please check your email for more camp details!
