I cannot stress this enough. When I first started my journey, my mind-set was eat less equals’ weight loss. This led to me actually gaining weight. Your body is like a car, and the food you put into it is fuel. When you aren't eating enough, your body is smart and grabs on to what it can because it has no idea when it will be fed again... so basically instead of burning fat, you're storing it, and who wants that, right? So eat eat eat! Eat the foods that love you back!

at the end of the day, don't focus too too much on the end result. There is JOY to be found, to be had, to be appreciated right where you are now- in this season. Each meal, each day, each glass of water, each workout and so on. When we tend to dwell too much on the end result, we become impatient, frustrated, and ultimately, we quit. Focus on the now. The JOY. This way, we are much more likely to reach our goals!
