Flagship Jaguar and Volvo showrooms are due to open in Glasgow. Bell Building Projects Ltd are delighted to announce two new contract awards for our valued client Lookers.The new build Jaguar and Volvo showrooms are to be located adjacent to the M8 motorway at Hillington Park and will be constructed to the latest corporate specification. This multi million pound joint contract award demonstrates Bell Building Projects ability to deliver high value construction projects and further enhances the companies car show- room expertise having successfully completed two projects for Stirling Audi during 2016. Bell Building Projects are delighted to be working with Taylor Design Architect, Bruce Shaw (QS/EA/PD), RSP Group Civil & Struc- tural Engineers and Charles Andrew M&E Engineers. Construction works is due to commence later this month for completion in August 2017. To be built on a 4.8-acre site at Hillington Park, Glasgow, the new flagship Jaguar and Volvo showrooms will be a key city gateway location close to the M8. This represents a real vote of confidence in Glasgow and in the Jaguar and Volvo brands which are among the fastest-growing retail brands in the world. The dealerships will be managed and operated by Lookers’ Taggarts Motor Group division in Scotland.
