At the top of the Société des Arts
Technologiques is the Foodlab’s beau-
tiful little terrace that overlooks Mon-
treal’s entertainment district. Foodlab’s
menu is as experimental and transient
as the contemporary events hosted in
the building. The dishes are updated
based on the season and availability
of the produce. They offer Canadian
fares and an extensive wine list with
dozens of white, red and rosé bot-
tles to choose from. Naturally, twinkle
lights extend across the patio, adding
to the overall charming atmosphere.
