Have Fun!! Challenge Criteria:  Must have or be working towards having a healthy eating policy with Activate Allen County  Up to 15 ingredients  At least 1 cup of fresh vegetables or fruits must be used  Bonus points for more fresh produce in the recipe  Must include a recipe with a breakdown of calories, fat, saturated fat, sugar, sodium, etc.  There is no calorie or fat restrictions, but low fat, calorie recipes will be given preference.  Should be a main or side dish.  Dish should be at your facility, business, or organization on judging day for tasting.  Team and individual entries are allowed, however no more than 3 entries (recipes) per location. Judging: Wednesday August 13th  Judging will take place throughout the day, you will be informed when the judges will be at your location.  Judging based on taste, overall nutrition value, use of fresh produce and following all other criteria above.  Top 3 recipes will be awarded as winner.
