I renamed the Devil from the Soulscapes Tarot the "Bound Man" and the image features a mask which we sometimes wear to disguise our true feelings. Some cultures believe we are bound by our bodies, spirit trapped in flesh, or Spirit descending into Matter. On the physical plane the ties that bind us all can be seen as gifts or chains depending on ones viewpoint. The flame illuminates the places within ones character or personality which are undergoing scrutiny.
