SPICY TOMATO & CHILLI CHICKEN PASTA
Whether you ' re feeling creative one afternoon , or simply feel like cooking up a dish that ' s bursting with flavour and guaranteed to satisfy your tastebuds , this dish is perfect for any mood ! This family recipe of mine is an all time favourite and never fails to succeed my expectations each and every time .
You can add just about anything to this dish , such as prawns or maybe a dashing of chorizo . My original and personal favourite is 350g of chicken breast fillets , as I feel it combines beautifully with the sauce and complements one another .
Serves 2 Spaghetti 200g ( Allow 100g per person ) 350g chicken breast 2 tins of chopped tomatoes 2 tablespoons of paprika 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons of garlic granolas 3 tablespoons of chilli power
Instructions : - Start by boiling a pan of water and add the 200g of spaghetti . - Meanwhile , cut the chicken into small chunks and cook separately for around 15minutes , until the juices run clear . - Add the remainder of the ingredients into another pan , stir well and leave to simmer for 5minutes . - Once the chicken is cooked , add it with the juices to the sauce . - Simmer for a further 10 minutes . - Meanwhile , take the cooked pasta and drain well . - Spread the spaghetti out evenly on the plate and slowly pour the sauce into the centre . - Finish with a sprinkle of parsley and enjoy !
Tip : Serve with garlic bread to create an even tastier dish .
Bon apetit !
