Regent ’ s Canal

Get up early on a weekend and discover East London - the Olympic Park , Hackney Marshes and then return back to central . Following the canal path , there ’ s no reason to worry about cars or other obstacles , just a handful of other like-minded runners ( make sure you stop off for a tea break to warm up on your way !).

Kensington Gardens

Viewing the landmarks of London , whilst keeping fit ?! Nothing beats it . Feel like complete royalty and take a run around Kensington Gardens - with its formal gardens and statues there is no place more luxurious .
