6 Reasons to go camping :

The scenery
Living your daily life , going to work all week or studying you can easily forget that there is actually a place outside the hustle and bustle of the city where there is just peace and quiet . The countryside no matter what season is an amazing vision , full of colour as it ’ s unspoilt and this encourages you to appreciate natural , serene scenery as opposed to the city .
Better nights sleep
Even though it may seem unbelievable that sleeping in a tent all night can improve your sleep it actually can . Being in the outside under the stars and surrounded by nature and fresh air can calm a person down and change your whole aura . In the wild you ’ re more likely to fall into a deep sleep and sleep sound without rude awakenings .
Digital Detox
We all appreciate the internet and of course now we rely on it . But there ’ s time to be detached from everything . Switch it all off and live in the moment . It ’ s so necessary to escape from the grind of daily life where we are surrounded by phones , iPads , laptops etc .
Cheap getaway
Be frugal ! It doesn ’ t take much money to go camping . Invest in a good tent and equipment , buy some food that can be cooked on a campfire and once you ’ ve done that the rest of the stay is basically free ! Save money , Go Camping !
So , whether due to to recession or the need for nature there is a massive incline in the number of people camping and whilst we know camping is hard work but that doesn ’ t even matter because nothing can top the amazing feeling of having accomplished something when you go camping . The ability to look after yourself in the wild gives you a thrill that I don ’ t believe you can get in any other way . It is a very refreshing experience not that I would do it regularly , but spending time in the fresh outdoors with friends around a fire is a very amazing experience and one that everyone should try at least once in life .
Reconnect with nature
Developing an appreciation for nature and the world around you makes you feel good about yourself , it de-stresses you and actually makes you less depressed . Think of it sort of like “ eco-therapy ”
Exercise without the sweat
get moving without even realising . We all know that working out can be really tedious but going for a long walk in nature keeps you active and helps you to get fit without all of the strenuous work and at the same time changing the scenery from the gym
