Juicebox catches up with the bubbly Ellie Burns from Ellie ’ s Favourite Things . We spoke about skin-care products and cursed blemished skin , as well as pastries for breakfast .... For a fresh face ; what are your go-to products ?
Naturally , I rely a lot on Lush . I follow the routine of cleanse tone and moisturise with a scrub added in every couple of days . I ’ ve had the same routine since I was 13 .
What is your favourite product that isn ’ t lush - is there one !?
La Rochè-Posay - Effaclar duo - I kind of use it as a primer , the tube has lasted me for ages already . For my eyes , I use KIKO eyeshadows - everytime !

In particular what are your fave Lush products ?
I ’ ve used Herbalism since I was 13 . It ’ s a 100 % natural fresh cleanser . I tend to use lots of rose ingredient , a product in particular is Aroma Toner Water . Also the Vanishing cream moisturiser beats my T-zone .
In terms of Make-Up , what are your most used products ?
Oh , I ’ ve used the same eyeliner for years ! It ’ s the iIndépendant eye liner from lush . Surprise ! Even for my wobbly hand , it still gives me a slick flick .
What made you start your blog ?
I kind of started my blog the backwards way . I made it during a graphics lesson in year 10 at school because I was bored and started posting loads of random stuff like music videos I liked , pictures of days out etc I suppose I used it like a diary . It was only afterwards that I realised that other people actually blog to (!!!!!!!) so then started reading theirs and then I suppose my blog gradually became a bit more structured and I got more into it …
Favourite thing about blogging ?
I kinda view my blog as a portfolio - I suppose it ’ s sort of a summary of me too . I ’ ve also met so many lovely people through blogging too !
