BARE REALITY : 100 women , their breasts , their stories
From Cara to Rihanna , everyone is supporting the work of Free The Nipple . Now an inspiring exhibition about women created by feminist and photographer Laura Dodsworth is coming to London ’ s Hanbury Street for the first time . Women of all ages , of all walks of life have shared their own personal story about how they feel about their breasts through large-scale images and a continuous projected film reel , as well as an interactive wall so visitors can add their opinions . Dodsworth comments , ‘ In creating Bare Reality I wanted to re-humanise women through honest photography and interviews , present our breasts as they really are and burst the ‘ fantasy bubble ’ of the youthful , idealised and sexualised breasts presented by the media .’ The exhibition opens on the 5th June till the 11th , and there will be a private launch of the presentation and the new book ‘ Bare Reality : 100 women , their breasts , their stories ’ £ 25 on the 4th . http :// www . barereality . net Photo courtesy and copyright of Laura Dodsworth .
