The apparent lack of ethnic models visible on the catwalks and fashion magazines within the industry has been an issue for a while now . The blame naturally goes to the industry but what is the real reason our beautifully coloured women are not getting as much appreciation ? Especially since there is no denying the success ethnic models have had , Naomi Campbell and Joan Smalls for example .
