A Big Thankyou From...
With thanks to Dusty & Dylan
and Bottle Green Vintage!
Here at Judy’s Digest there is
nothing we love more than the
British Summertime. Sure, the
weather isn’t always enough to
rival the Maldives, but if you ask
us, you can’t get much better than
a weekend in a tent with a group of
friends, a few cheeky beverages
and a whole lot of great music.
Which is why, exhausted as we
are, we had such a fab time at
Beacons Festival! We sent vintage
clothing, accessories and all sorts
of other festi-fashion to the Skipton
dales to kit you out with everything
you need to make your weekend
extra-retro. Pretty cool eh? Here
are the five things we loved most.
1) Our Stall!

Well of course! After such great
feedback from festivalgoers at
Beacons 2013, it would have been
rude to stay away. Everything
from tie-dye to tassels, jumpsuits
to jazzy shirts were crammed into
our tent, and you guys loved it!
Affordable as ever, a nice dress
is way better than one too many
ciders right?
2)The Music!
As serious 90s revival fans, we
were down the front getting ‘fancy’
with Charli XCX, the current queen
of the grunge trend. We also
managed to take some sneaky
breaks to catch our faves East
India Youth, The Pains Of Being
Pure At Heart and Toy.
3) The Scenery
Something about a Yorkshire
landscape gets us feeling
the hometown pride, and the
Skipton dales were nothing short
of postcard worthy, even in a
downpour.
4) The Food
Begone overpriced hot dogs and
lukewarm burgers - Beacons
take festival food seriously. We’re
still dreaming of
