switch from sugary cocktails packed with empty calories
to healthier alcoholic drinks, like vodka and club soda
with a dash of fresh lime, or a glass of Brut Champagne.
Wine isn’t nearly as bad as a hot-pink cocktail, but one
glass will add about 130 calories, while a single shot of
vodka with seltzer is only about 65 calories.
