The notion of efficiency requires the specification of an external aggregate value such as total productivity , income , etc .…, while stability is concerned with the allocation of the above value among nodes . When nodes have the ability to form and severe links , stability is calculated with respect to the external value by taking into account the individual incentive to form a link .
