Youth Earning Legacy Leaders Academy National Director Richard Miles Mr. Richard Miles, entrepreneur, educator, and mentor for young Richard Miles, LLA National Director people and appointed as the National Directorship for the Legacy Leaders Academy (LLA). The online Academy is a new program designed to help school age young people learn entrepreneurship and media productions. Utilizing technology, with an emphasis on the social media, the LLA project expects to enroll 4,000 students in the program during the first year of operation. The marketing objectives incorporate a fifty-state strategy for the implementation of the click-and-mortar business program.
