ill assist and help with moderate to complex office and building,
maintenance and renovation projects that involve hanging and finishing dry
wall, installing drop ceilings, hanging wallpaper, and performing light to heavy
detailed painting of offices and other locations within the building complex and
Opera House. Must have good painting/carpentry skills, the ability to operate
light hand/power tools. H.S. Diploma, plus three (3) or more years of painting,
carpentry and light building construction experience. We offer a competitive
salary, benefits and 401(k) retirement plan. Must have a valid driver’s license and
available to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
