real-time access in the Pacific time zone while still covering the early morning and late-night calls and
meetings in EMEA and APAC.
Incentivized local teams Given the volume of transactions this team sends out across the globe,
Zendesk will get access to the best and brightest, most tech fluent experts within JLL in each local market.

ways JLL achieves this it through our established rules around revenue sharing between offices mitigates

Understanding Your Culture and Delivering Consistency If required for direct lease
transactions, one member from the account team will travel to each domestic and international market
tour with the Zendesk transaction team. We are also proposing (if needed) that one member from the
account team sit on site at Zendesk HQ in San Francisco for a week or a series of days in your various
offices to better understand your culture and connectivity.
