Morgan Meade joined the JLL Silicon Valley office in April 2018, from the Great
Lakes region. She currently works on teams supporting confidential Fortune 50
companies and high growth firms. Morgan brings experience with over twenty
diverse multimarket occupiers to operationalize and scale portfolio governance
and transaction execution models. She oversees and creates financial analyses
conscious of organizational stage, manages transactions, and supports
portfolio planning and strategy. She is trusted to deliver creative value-add
ideas and to suggest innovative uses for JLL’s latest technology. Morgan has
supported M&A integration due diligence, mass lease dispositions and sales,
rapid growth, and critical site selections globally.

Morgan most recently completed a Secondment period with BlackRock as
they prepared for their new North American Innovation Hub. In addition, she
managed over $100M in lease transactions in the Americas with the JLL team.
Prior to joining JLL, Morgan worked as a disruptive technology blogger and
digital marketing strategist. Her experience with synthesizing data from
multiple analytics platforms into actionable information, as well as a keen eye
on the evolution of work, brings her clients a fresh approach to real estate
portfolio management in the digital age.
