Tim Ogilvie is a Senior Vice President with JLL Consulting. Tim has
experience in major markets including: San Francisco Bay, Seattle, New York,
Denver, Portland, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland and many other
regional markets.
Tim brings a diverse skillset to JLL, with a background in advising occupiers
(corporates, retailers, public institutions & not-for-profits) and investors
(landlords, developers & pension funds). This experience equips Tim with
unique skills including occupancy scenario planning, aligning real estate
with enterprize objectives, owned asset & financial optimization and
labor/market analytics.

Experience
Some major advisory roles Tim has led include:
Integrate Portfolio Services lead for HP across the Americas, responsible
for overseeing Portfolio/Site Strategy and IPS operations in partnership
with the HP real estate team.
Responsible for driving the development and implementation of a
national Strategic Portoflio Management program for Kaiser Permanente,
one of America’s largest health plans. The role is foussed on developing
enterprise alignment at the regional level, driving inefficiencies out of the
real estate portfolio and enabling organizational growth via real estate
acquisition strategies.
Advisor to a global corporate to prepare a state based HQ strategy that
involved right-sizing occupancy and raising capital by exiting owned sites
with latent value. While identifying a staged movement plan, +$30 million
of net sale proceeds was also identified with a clear path on how to realize
the sale.
Advisor to a global Fortune 10 divesting a large surplus land holdings,
advising members of the C-suite on: transaction & partnership structure,
financial return modelling, partner identification and exit strategy options.
Co-advisor for a Global headquarter assessment in NYC for a Fortune
500 corporation. The assessment required consultation with senior
stakeholders, development of tailored evaluation framework and
supporting assessment of options (quanitative and qualitative) to enable
clear, unbias and balanced decision making for the headquarters location.
