Discover: Once a clear picture of the gap between the existing experience and desired experience is understood, JLL will map out a strategy to deliver the new Experience. Solutions Workshop: Once discovery has been completed, JLL will synthesize the data to objectively identify the workstyles of the various job functions required. We will discuss the pros and cons of each option in relation to the strategic objectives and cultural aspirations previously identified, so that a preferred option can be identified for detailed design development. Recommendations will be provided for items such as: • Experience and/or Workplace Strategy options to better align the workplace to key identified business needs • Programmatic options and associated square footage requirements to identify the order of magnitude impact • High level benchmarking assessment for Human Experience and/or Workplace Strategy Desired Outcome: Leadership alignment on the direction forward Create: Deciding on a direction and having a solution are two very different things. JLL can engage with your project team to manage the transition and provide integrated advisory support to ensure obstacles are identified and mitigated as the Experience Strategy is implemented Change Roadmap: It is critical that appropriate change management and communication support is provided to prepare employees for new work practices, space types, technologies, and etiquette associated with the new design concept and expectations. We work with you to develop a detailed change roadmap that links key messages about purpose of the project; addresses hopes and concerns; determines appropriate communication channels and activities to facilitate the change process, and generates excitement about the new workplace. At JLL, all of our Workplace Strategists have been trained and certified in change management. We use the LaMarsh Global Managed Change™ Methodology to: • Clearly identify the gap between the current and desired states, • Identify and predict the source, degree, type, and intensity of potential target resistance, and • Accelerate the change by identifying and implementing required action steps to reduce that resistance. Desired Outcome: Provide an actionable map that includes each work stream and target audience for wholistic change plan. This is a living document that changes as needs arise but should serve as a map for the project team.
