Leadership Interviews: JLL will conduct interviews with senior leaders to understand key business priorities,
potential challenges, and to ensure that workplace strategy is aligned with broader organizational objectives. We
will explore general awareness and attitudes towards progressive workplace strategies, leadership perceptions
of team work, team interactions, space usage, technology, what is working well, and what could be improved.
These interviews are typically conducted face-to-face and last approximately 1 hour each
Desired Outcome: Understand the unique nuances of each business line relative to Experience for
consideration and inclusion against the overall proposed strategy; additionally,helps identify business units that
are expected to have more challenges for advance planning
Shared Service Interviews: In contrast to the Leadership Interviews, the Shared Service interviews see to
understand the processes and overlaps that touch everyone. Typically, we propose conducting up to four (4)
functional group interviews with the following departments Real Estate/Planning, HR, IT, and Communications
(for their assistance with internal communications) to identify cross-functional initiatives that may contribute
to a successful and integrated workplace solution. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face and will last
approximately 1 hour each.
Desired Outcome: To discover key challenges and opportunities at an operational level of the organization
Workplace Experience Survey: To understand the organizational Experience at each level and engage
employees in the process, JLL leverages an online workplace survey to all relevant staff to gain an overall
understanding of employee work patterns, collaboration, use of technologies, mobility, perceptions of the
existing work environment, and cultural readiness for change. This survey will serve to proactively engage your
employees, help prioritize the most critical areas for investment, and ensure an exciting and engaging new work
environment. The survey will have approximately 20 questions and take employees approximately 10 to 15
minutes to complete
Desired Outcome: Actionable large data set that can also be used to assess the effectiveness of the existing
vision as perceived by the population
Utilization Metrics: Utilization is a key component of the experience as it can serve to validate or debunk
assumptions. JLL has several tools available ranging from Manually conducted Utilization studies to fully
implemented sensor studies. We will partner with you to determine the most applicable and scalable solution.
