Our Integrated Facility Management model is focused on executing an overall program management approach
that we deliver through a combination of self-performance of engineering and other technical services,
where appropriate, and leveraging a subcontractor model for specialized elements and soft services which
can be commoditized. This multi-faceted approach will take advantage of JLL’s in-house capabilities and the
advantages offered by subcontracting in certain regions and services areas.
Our Preferred Suppliers are market leaders in their respective geographies and core competencies. The value
de rived through these relationships includes cost savings, service improvements, risk transfer and volume
discounts agreed upfront with the service partner. Clients such as Google, Lenovo, Intel, Intuit, Microsoft and
Frontier have all benefited from our supplier relationships and the alliances that JLL leverages across the globe.
We understand that no single services contractor can provide the best services at the best cost across the
region and across the range of IFM services. We will act as the principal contractor with Zendesk, allowing us to
select the best preferred suppliers in each location for each service line to deliver the best services at the best
costs with superior service management, integration and reporting.
Our approach to third party selection will be collaborative with Zendesk, respecting current relationships in place
today. While we constantly evaluate and welcome new supply chain partners, listed on the following page are
some of these relationships that we would look to leverage on behalf of Zendesk.
